Hello, I arrive to Spain at 10am. Is there Early check in and is breakfast provided?

Check in time it is ar 14:00h but depends of our availability the day before we will give you the room earlier or not. You can leave your bags in our luggage store if do you need it. Brekfast time it is from 07:00 to 10:30/ Weekends 08:00 to 11:00.

if using public transport what is the easiest way to getting to the hotel?

By taxi: Fix price of 30€ and the stop is located just outside the airport terminal. It will take around 30 minutes. By bus: The express bus (yellow)You have to stop at Cibeles Square. It is located at 550 meters, 6 minutes on foot.

the rooms need maintenance and the type of room is not for a €250+ value. too expensive for the type of rooms I’m not coming back and I wouldn’t recommend ether if the price is this high. should be fair if it would be around the 140-180 the most

Very good
Great location, few minutes walking distance from the Plaza del Sol but very quiet place far from the crowds of people. Nice, friendly and helpful staff.
The room is quite small. TV is placed high, not so convenient to watch and has a bit complicated way to operate. The breakfast is just a bit more then basic.

Centrally located average hotel
Stayed here 6 nights. Location is great to navigate the large city of Madrid. Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Great shower that didn't leak onto floor. TV had Chromecast so we were able to watch some TV in English at end of long days. Room was quiet. Room was nice and clean but not fancy other than robes which was nice bonus.
Air conditioner did not get super cold. It was ok for us because most days were low 80's but in the super hot months room would not get very cool. Lights near the beds were just hanging light bulbs with only a clear shade so were too blinding to have on (assume it was for decorative purposes but poor chose in our opinion). We have stayed at several Vincci hotels during our 1 month of travels in Spain and while this one was nice it was lesser than the others.
